Look closely at the dogs' faces.

"Stay" is the one where you find out if your dog respects you or not. It's not just about another command, "Stay" creates a lot of tension and makes dogs want to be with you and come when you call. "Stay" is the opposite of "Come" and many dogs have a hard time with "Come" unless they learn "Stay" first.
